They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "Our main installer was Jesus, and he carefully explained each step of the work and then went over all the information we would need to know. "My problem started with a roof leak during the most recent rain storm.  I called Patriot Roofing; and they sent a Sales Associate to me.  Patriot's Sales Associate inspected my roof from the outside and from the attic to find exactly where the water leak was coming from.  Patriot's Sales Associate then took measurements and said that he would be in touch with me to give me an estimate for repairs.  The next day I was contacted by Patriot's Sales Associate.  He had prepaired an estimate for me and would like to go over it with me.  We met at my place that evening.  Upon agreement of estimate price;  my roof repair was scheduled.  On the day of my roof repair; Patriots crew showed up on time and got right to work.  The first day on my roof they removed old tile and stacked it all nicely in different places on my roof to help distribute the extra weight added to slopes not being repaired.  They also removed bad felt paper and installed new felt paper and what they call furring strips to help keep tile in place.  The second day Patriot's crew showed up and reinstalled all my tiles back into position.  Once the crew was done I gave my payment to the Sales Associate."

"Bowtie replaced the roof on my garage a couple years ago when a tree fell on it. This time hail destroyed  the entire roof (Murphy's Law?). They did a great job on the garage, so I had no reservations giving them this job as well.
A team of about 6 guys showed up in the early morning on the appointed day and just got busy. The team worked well together and it was easy to see that they all knew what to do without being told. They finished the garage the 1st day, and came back the 2nd day to do the house.  The crew replaced some rotted out wood sheathing that was discovered when they stripped the roof. They made sure the gutters were properly installed under the new drip edge.
An unexpected bonus was the way they handled the lightning rods. The ground wires were neatly tucked under the ridge cap, out of view and greatly enhancing the beauty of the finished roof. Great idea! Bowtie also used a tough polypropylene underlayment when they could have gotten by using old-school felt.
Dave and the crew kept me informed the entire time, and were always responsive to my questions and concerns."

"One oven doesn't work at all ( my choice, see above), the "working" oven was never calibrated properly so using it is hit or miss. It's time to call American Home Shield to see about replacing the entire unit. I'm waiting to finish other home projects before calling them. I don't know if I'll request Greenway again."

"I am purchasing a short sale home, and as seems to be the case, it has taken a considerable amount of time to get all the approvals.  I am applying for a USDA loan which requires a 45 day closing window and once the approvals were received, I was surprised by a 30 day window to close so getting the inspections and appraisal done quickly and accurately was paramount.

My realtor recommended National Property Inspections out of Maricopa.  Our Inspector, Jeff Arrellano agreed to do the inspection with very short notice.  He requested that the power and water be turned the day prior to the inspection to allow any leaks or problems to surface before he began.

We met with Jeff as agreed at the property the morning of May 1st.  When we arrived, Jeff had already completed the inspection, loaded the photographs he had taken into his laptop and was ready to go with the slideshow to point out the issues he had found.  Jeff took the time to explain every issue from small to not so small and provided us with information as to what the consequences would be if they were not addressed.  He prioritized the issues that needed to be addressed, and had the inspection report and photographs to my realtor by mid-afternoon.

What I appreciated most about Jeff, is that he was not rushed, he took his time to explain the issues I didn't fully understand and gave us an opportunity to look at the problems first hand before leaving.  He obviously went to some length to get some of the photographs he did, especially in the crawl spaces looking for leaking water pipes and to ensure code compliance with electrical wiring, insulation and plumbing.

Jeff also offered to conduct a thermal imaging reading (a little extra) to determine if there were any weather stripping or insulation problems.  Jeff measured heat signatures of all the windows and doors as well as the output of the air-conditioner and heater.  Small problems were found that likely will be resolved by a little cleaning around the window rails.

I would absolutely call National Property Inspections again, and would ask for Jeff by name."
