"Kris was extremely responsive and came to give me an estimate within 24 hours and scheduled his guys to start a two day job (lots of square footage) within the next couple of days... I am blown away by how gorgeous my floors look! This is not the first time that I have had my stone floors cleaned and polished, and I was pleased with the previous contractor and had planned to use him again, but going forward, this is my "go to" company.... The areas that they have finished were water-stained and had some damage... THEY LOOK LIKE NEW!!!! Considering that some of my high traffic areas were pretty bad, the floors look FABULOUS!!! He kept us appraised of his schedule because of all the rain this year. First day and every day thereafter he and his crew arrived as scheduled, they worked hard, explaining what doing or needed to be done as the job went along. Suggested we think about adding a couple of trees to balance out the yard and we agreed. Matched the planter color to the existing wall and it looks like it has always been there.
