I found XPERT Landscaping through Angi’s list, and George worked with me to identify what still had to be done, and worked to ensure what was left to be done still worked for my budget. They did a wonderful job installing hard scape and rock, fixing issues left from the previous landscapers, and getting sod and plants installed and hooked up to our irrigation system. George remains available when I need him for questions or troubleshooting should anything come up. They returned to adjust sprinklers, check on the grass, and replace any sod that had struggled to take root. They’re trustworthy and great communicators. I would recommend XPERT to anyone trying to spin up a landscape project!"

"With our first call, we were able to obtain an appointment to have someone give us an estimate to redo our front yard. Henry arrived right on time as promised. We discussed what we envisioned--adding stone to a column and a section of the front of the house, construct some steps leading down to sidewalk, construct new walkways, low maintenance plants with low water usage and lots of color. Henry asked us some questions and then got out a yellow tablet and drew a sketch. It was exactly our vision. He later sent us a computerized draft of the project. He also took the time to meet us at a nursery where he showed us plants that worked with our requirements and asked us to show him the ones we liked. The work started sooner than we expected. The CCL crews are all very polite and extremely hard working. They have a great work ethic. All our neighbors commented on this. They cleaned up after everyday's work and stacked their equipment and supplies out of our way every evening. The work took a month to complete. Henry came by most days to see how the work was progressing and to see if we had any concerns or questions. It was a very easy process. Henry was very patient with me since there were lots of decisions to be made; and I was unsure how to proceed. He steered me towards the right decisions, bringing multiple samples of everything--pavers, stone, etc.--so I could feel confident in my choices. We absolutely love the end result. Henry is very personable and easy to work with. He actually provided us with larger versions of a couple of trees we purchased and also gave us a couple of spotlights for free. His guys also installed our mailbox post, even though it was not in the contract. I would not hesitate one minute in using CCL again or referring them to friends and family. Choose CCL; you won't regret it!"

Job included quite a bit of concrete demolition, grading, installation of pavers, including short walls, lighted pillars, a long lighted step, irrigation modifications, re-seeding lawn, etc. Victor was extremely responsive and I was very picky. He and his crews worked with me in making changes as the job went along. I was impressed with their responsiveness. Price was good, considering the amount of demo my yard needed. (I had received about 4 or 5 estimates and Belman’s bid was the most inclusive and very competitively priced.) They also warranty their work. I also appreciated his (and his daughter’s) design ideas. They added quality finishing touches I wouldn’t have thought of. Oh - the job was done on time and on budget. Overall, we are extremely satisfied."
