"The owner came down to give us an estimate on what it would take to fix standing water issue in a house we were looking at purchasing. He performed a thorough inspection on what was causing the water to sit in the crawlspace and went over what would be required to keep the moisture and water from affecting the structural integrity of the house. While we did not end up purchasing the home, we greatly appreciated his willingness to come down and do an inspection and give us an estimate. They were recommended by my stepdad who had them do a crawlspace encapsulation on his house. He said they perform first class workmanship and were professional. Jeff was very honest about the work and was able to inform me that what I was looking to have done wasn't needed. I have some basement walls that are starting to crumble some. Jeff informed me they still had great integrity and if he were to come in and coat the walls in more cement it would just be an aesthetic band-aid. I was looking to have the walls recoated in cement to make sure that paint would adhere to the walls to make the basement look nicer. He said it was not needed and said he was happy to come out if I ran into problems painting but recommended I go ahead and paint the walls. "Hunter and his crew did some extensive structural remediation on a 50 year old house I recently purchased. The corners had stair-case like cracking and a basement wall underground had horizontal cracks. They drove piers under all 4 corners of the foundation and applied carbon fiber support straps to an underground wall. They also did some water drainage remediation to get water from the gutter downspouts further away from the house. It took several days but I was well informed of their work days/times and they were very professional, including the guys with shovels in their hands. They did a great cleanup and I feel very confident with what I saw, that my house is now stabilized for another 50 years."
