"We used RA Renovations as our general contractor for this project. Immediately, the contractor met with us, walked through the project and created a top notch plan. After we reviewed the plan and made any changes, we FROZE the plans and moved forward with permitting. The contractor kept up with communications and advise us of every sub-contractor that was scheduled to arrive. There was extra care taken with the look of the final product. The contractor provided detailed accounting during the project and stayed under budget (due the a true project FREEZE). "After reviewing  2 other contractors, I chose Stellar Designs to handle my project.  Josh met with me at my home several times to discuss the details, and meticulously measure the space. Once all of the materials arrived, Josh and his crew completed the demo and installed wood flooring in the kitchen, family room and hallways.  Tile flooring was installed in the 2 baths and laundry room. Stellar Designs also installed new cabinetry in all spaces, as well as the tile backsplash, and tile in the showers. They were courteous and worked well with the other trades (electricians and plumbers). "We have used Dager Construction for several home projects and will continue to call upon them for any future projects.  We were looking for a home remodel and master suite room addition. I have worked with other Contractors in the past and they have either failed to complete the projects in the time frame and budget agreed upon or have submitted change orders for work not specifically mentioned in their estimate. <br /> When looking for a good licensed Contractor it's important to find someone who listens to what you want and is able to present a detailed estimate on the scope of work.  The detailed estimate will prevent change orders for work that should have been accounted for in the first place.  Out of the other contractors who did submit estimates Dager Construction was among the higher, but very complete covering everything needed to be done for the project.  We were given options to lower the cost and that was appreciated.  The other estimates weren't specific and would probably incur change orders bringing their costs in line with what we had paid for the work completed. <br /> Our project was completed on time and on budget. The workmanship was first class and the final product was exactly what we were expecting. We have heard horror stories about people claiming to be contractors and not completing the work. We never had this feeling with Ron Dager, as he is a very honest up front person. We will always refer Ron Dager to our neighbors and family who needs a good contractor for work done on their home. <br /> Cost:  $50,000 <br /> Job:  Home remodel and master suite room addition"

Last year they remodeled my kitchen, which entailed removing a wall, moving electric wiring, and plumbing, replacing cabinets, and laying porcelain tiles. The floor they did this year adjoins the remodeled kitchen area from last year. I would recommend Jeff’s company to anyone. He, himself, is on the job site at least every other day, and days when he is not, he checks in a couple of times a day to assure that all is going well."
