"I reached out per the information Angi sent me to 3 different fence companies. I decided to go with Everfence. Everfence started well. John the sales representative was professional and friendly. John came to my property 4 different times to complete the work order. I was asked for half of the cost to start the project and would pay the other half when completed. I had to wait over a month for the project to start. The project was going to start on June 18th. When the workers showed up they had the wrong material- 6" redwood panels vs. 8" panels. They were not clear on which 2x4's were being replaced as well. They could not start the job. I spoke to Madison the office manager and she reached out to her boss and called me back letting me know that a senior installer would complete the project the next day. The sales rep John called me to apologize stating that he is taking ownership of not being clear with what needed to be completed. The next day, June 19th the senior installer and his team showed up and completed the work. When the job was completed, parts of the old fence and the workers materials were left in front of my house on the street and on the side of my house in the front yard. The worker told me that Rene (senior installer) would be back in the evening to pick everything up. The next day the materials and fence was still in the street and in my yard. When I called Madison she was not aware that the materials and old fence was left behind. She called the installer and let me know that they would pick everything up in the afternoon. No one showed up. The next day (Day #3) I called Madison to let her know and text her pictures. There were nails sticking up and out of the wood next to the sidewalk with the material left on the street. She called the installer again and told me that they would be by at 2:00 on Friday the 21st to pick everything up. I called her at 3:00 p.m. and let her know that no one showed up. She called me back letting me know that they would be at my house at 4:15. They finally showed up at 4:15 to pick everything up. They did not sweep or clean up the dirt, nails, screws that were still on the street. I finished painting the fence and went to hang dome decorations on the back fence when I noticed that the panels were not nailed into the top cap. I called Madison on July 10th at 4:04 p.m. to let her know. She stated that she would follow-up and get back to me at the latest by the 12th. I have not heard anything back. Provider Recommendation No Desired Resolution Need individual panels nailed into the top cap of a section of the fence. All the panels are lose on both sides (the neighbors and my side)."
