"They came out on time and fixed the issue, but 1) it took 2 crew to complete the job as the first one didn't have the right tool with them; 2) they walked around in the house on hard-wood floor without PPE/shoe cover when dealing with sewer water back up issue and having the sewer water marks everywhere; 3) it was quite expensive; and 4) I have made a few calls and an email trying to talk with a manager/customer service, but no one answered or returned the call."

Luis and the team completed both bathrooms in about 6 weeks - and this was a full demo. The crew was extremely kind and courteous, and worked hard to minimize the mess and impact to our home. One weekend we had a party, and they helped make our home look like there wasn’t a major project in-progress! Craftsmanship was impeccable. The tile work in particular is beautiful - details I hadn’t even thought of were done for me. Like any job, we had some changes to scope (our choice), and some minor hiccups. They were extremely helpful navigating through scope changes, and more than fair on pricing. And on the minor hiccups, they made it extra clear that the job wouldn’t be wrapped until we were satisfied - and that’s what happened. Honestly this experience was a 10 out of 10, and I hope we can have them out for another project soon. Our bathrooms went from blight to bling in 6 weeks - I look forward to getting ready now!"

"Extremely disappointed with this company. They do not stand by their guarantees. Did install shower in one day. Was not provided with the shower head I ordered. Calking and trim work was very sloppy. Went through the shower wall into my bedroom, did sparkle wall and left it. Shower doors have leaked and was finally told six months later that there is nothing they can do to correct the issue. Originally quoted $24,000.00 for the walk on shower, eventually agreed to $11,500.00. Completely dissatisfied with my shower. Once they get their payment, they are done."
