He answered all questions straight forward and didn't promise "the moon" if he got the job. He was on time, stated his price up front, told us what was involved, made a promise to complete the job ASAP and followed through. The refrigerator now works better, the ice machine produces ice, we have had no freeze ups since, and the work is warranted for ninety days. My wife and I agree that he is a superlative repair man.
