"We had the Geek Squad out 3 times to repair our dishwasher. It was worse after each visit. The 4th time I called them to try and get it done again they said that our warranty had ran out. But 5hat if we wanted to pay them they would come back out. Yeah rite! So we were blessed to be in contact with Bergen Co, LLC. It took him an hour to assess the situation and fix it. We plan to have them back out to do some more work for us."

He promptly returned phone call, came out and discussed work, took measurements, and talked to me at length about what I wanted.  NOT how he thought it should be, or what he wanted to do (C'mon, you know you've dealt with THOSE contractors!), but what I wanted!  He looked at all the pictures I'd pulled and asked questions, offered suggestions when I wasn't sure.  Quote was offered via email, date set for install soon after.  Bookshelves were mostly built in his own workshop, then brought to my home for install. They completed installation in a day and a half.  Finished product is SPECTACULAR!  Even better than I imagined.

"Gary impressed me very much; he let me know how he was going to treat my home before trying to sell me windows. The windows were not only what we needed, but he also explained that the installers are also important. Gary has two men who are superb installers, Mike and Brian. The installers were doing a great job and if there was a problem, I did not hear about it because they were very professional. The windows went in, caulked, and neatly finished. We bought energy efficient, triple pane windows. Our new front door looks fantastic. A month later, we called Gary and had the last two doors replaced, garage and back entry door. We wanted everything as energy efficient as the other products in our home. They have matched the vinyl around the windows and it looks better than before. People on the street do not even know we had installed new windows; they look great! We never have to paint anymore outside. Everyone loves our new front door. "It has been several months. Heard from David Mills several times, but he never carried out what he said would be done, which is take care of the small section above the garage door, that it appears the wrong style of caulk was used and wont hold the paint. This results in gray splotches showing on the finish. The original installation went off with absolutely no complaints, but when you need anything followed up on from there, it appears that you will never see David Mills again."
