One Tech came for quote with my husband different install tech which was ok but had to go over what was discussed in first apt and my husband was not here, outlet put too low But it’s ok. "I am an out of state investor and purchased a property in Ohio. Per the home inspection there were some electrical and plumbing items that needed to be done. My initial contact was with Mike, who was awesome! Bob came out to give me an estimate and noticed some additional things that needed to be addressed which I was so appreciative of since I have to rely on the expertise of others to have my back. Mike, Bob and Donny were so personable, professional, informative, prompt, and would call me about anything so I was aware of what was going on. They also sent me pictures at every stage. We ended up having some additional electrical issues and they worked diligently to try to figure out the cause. They were able to come up with the best and most cost effective options for me. Other companies would have probably tried to milk the situation and take me for all it was worth. They probably don't know this, but I have all their phone numbers saved in my phone and IF I have any plumbing or electrical issues they will be the FIRST to call. "Mr. Electric provided excellent service for me under difficult circumstances. A building contractor damaged a wire and buried it under 42” of concrete. Ryan Corley, Mr. Electric’s wire detection specialist, was able to locate the wire accurately. Electricians Jeff Shipkosky and Khefren Johnson spent two and a half very long days, in 93-degree heat, digging around the perimeter of my house. Both ends of the damaged wire were eventually located six feet underground, which is considerable deeper than code requires. Justin David, Mr. Electric’s manager, was here working alongside his men and provided all the support possible to them. He maintained full contact and communication with me throughout the entire process. These men, along with a crew of assistants, are a class act company. I was very impressed at the dedication of Mr. Electric and recommend them highly."
