He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns since I have a pet and was worried about the spray making him sick. The best part was that he wasnâ t pushy at all but simply wanted to inform me of the termites and my options. There were no scare tactics to try and get me to buy more services like other places do. Well, I wan't happy with the job, though the tech that came out to service our home was very nice and professional. However, it did not take care of my pest problem so after 2 tries I cancelled. Now they are saying I have to pay a disconnect fee per the agreement. I told them what I was told and all they would say is "I apologize." Clearly this is a rehearsed line that they've told others. I would have to say that this is a dishonest company. Saying what it takes to get the job and then holding you responsible for their poor work. I am a bit cautious to say the least to go with Angies again if this is whom they are recommending."
