"I was very satisfied. They showed up when they said they would, were friendly and courteous, listened to what I wanted, took the time to explain what they found up in my trees and cleaned up after themselves. In my back yard, they knocked a wire/cable loose from my house. They let me know and reattached it to the house before they left. One of the trees they worked on has enough rot in it that they recommended that it come down in the near future so I'll be contacting them to do that in the spring. I was pleased with their work."

"Fantastic job by Rain One. I had to have all new pipes put in from my house to the street. There were numerous bushes and plants to navigate but they did a fantastic job. They also use a sod machine so that when they are finished they can put the grass back and you don't have big lines of dirt. My neighbor recently had the same work done by another contractor and they didn't do this so they had to patch the grass and it looked bad all summer. Their crew also worked very hard and was very polite. I highly recommend Rain One."

"The technicians checked the hot water heater as well as cleaned it. It is an older one, but they discovered the problem, replaced the part and waited to be sure that the problem was solved, before leaving."

"Extremely unprofessional company. I worked here for a few years and we cut corners as much as possible and they up charged everything a crap ton. We would take a $2 sprinkler that a customer could dig up screw off and the new on on in a matter of minutes $40 and recomend things be done the most expensive way possible even if it could simply be fixed instead of replaced. They treat their employees good when they want and very poorly when they want. If customers would see first hand how we did things they would move on to the next company. As a lot of our customers did or would ask to contact my self personally because they hated dealing with our office due to how unprofessional they always are. All in all I'd say we are no where near a lot of the other competitors and would recommend you move on to a better rated company up the list. Just my personal opinion."

"Did the work as asked… I called and asked for my controller they took out. Dave said he would return it because he thought it was in the truck, I explained I wanted it as a back up. After asking 2 times I got an invoice but he didn’t follow through with returning. I paid all but the cost of buying the controller he took from my house and followed up again. Then followed up once more where he decided to once again argue why what he took wasn’t that valuable and that he would just not do business with me. The condition on the invoice was clear that once they return my controller or one similar I’d pay the other $100… having already paid $500… so apparently im a difficult customer. Follows up by saying how it’s a tight knit group and he will share my contact info to make sure none of his competitors will work on my system. (Obviously this guy has no customer service skills and rather than make this right or even call me… he decides he will fire me and “blackball,” me. Lol Already have him replaced in 2 phone calls but don’t waste your time with someone shady like this. His wife was responsive and pleasant other than sending the invoice 7 weeks later, which again I’m a terrible customer asking to pay my bill. Ha"

FAQs for lawn and garden sprinkler system installation projects in Circleville, OH

While drip irrigation systems have higher upfront costs, they can save you money in the long run. By delivering water directly into the soil with minimal evaporation and runoff, drip irrigation systems conserve water and improve efficiency. This means better performance and results for your landscaping, and cost savings over the system's lifespan.

Yes, irrigation systems can add value to your home, especially when installed with high-quality materials and a solid design. A well-irrigated landscape enhances curb appeal and can attract potential buyers. However, poor design or installation may reduce performance and even decrease your property's value. Hiring an expert for installation and performing regular maintenance is key to securing the long-term benefits.

A local irrigation professional can help you check your drip irrigation system to make sure it's in good shape. You'll want to make sure the water pressure is in a good range, repair any leaks as soon as possible, and cover the cost to winterize your sprinkler system as recommended by your irrigation contractor.

A drip irrigation system lasts between 10 and 15 years. This lifespan is determined by the quality of materials, the precision of installation, and regular professional maintenance. Unlike traditional sprinkler systems that can last up to 50 years, the thinner piping used in drip systems is more sensitive to UV exposure and environmental wear. Proper upkeep and timely repairs enhance durability and ensure consistent irrigation performance.

Drip irrigation is best suited for plant beds, containers, greenhouses, and row crops. It supplies water directly to individual plants, ensuring precise moisture control where it is needed most. For areas with simple layouts, above-ground systems work efficiently, while subsurface installations may be cost-prohibitive in spaces with extensive tree roots or irregular terrain. Proper planning maximizes the benefits of drip irrigation across a variety of applications.
