I’ve always fixed and built almost everything I needed myself and I take pride in being self sufficient. "Jill provided two different floor plans for us, and was very flexible, as far as working the option of piano into the room.  She responded to several follow-up questions I had, and provided suggestions for where to locate resources.  Jill was very easy to work with, and very accommodating. However, I found the process of working with a "virtual designer" to be a bit challenging for me.  That was definitely no fault of Jill's, thought.  I would use her again, particularly if I needed help with planning a room layout.

"They are a nice provider. I talked to them on the phone for about 30 minutes and they sent some samples. We were able to get a discount on designer purchases but not useful on designing the space. Once we told them what we wanted, they were able to help purchase from the warehouse and save about $1,500. I think they became too busy with this big deal. You buy a ticket per room and we still actually have a couple left with this provider. After redesigning one room, we kind of ran out of steam and have not designed the other rooms. Overall this is a good service and it's a good concept. Whomever I spoke with, she was really nice. I would recommend this provider. This kind of service seems to be for people with time and knows exactly what they want. They are super helpful with the designer discount from the warehouse. They don't actual design your room which is slight flaw."

And they stand behind their work... When there was a problem with the flashing on my roof, they came out the same day I called to make an adjustment and make sure I was 100% satisfied. They use subcontractors for a lot of the work, but I like that I can call them no matter who did the work and they will handle getting someone to my house if needed. In addition, I called several places on a couple of projects, and they were able to the beat the prices and timeliness of everyone I called, again, I think it's because they have such a good pool of subcontractors."

"Mr. Lee Scott was very personable and punctual.  He worked with me on the replacement of those items.  He assisted in picking out the singles we wanted.  His crew worked very hard and with no incidents. His clean up was adequate.  The overall job went very smooth; however, they forgot to replace one bathroom vent pipe boot which resulted in a leak.  We have tried to contact him NUMEROUS times through email and phone.  We did get one response from him which he indicated that he would replace the vent cap but never showed up.  Again, we tried to contact him over the last two months by phone and email to no avail.  His cell phone seemed to be turned off and at a later date I left a voice mail and tried contacting him again and a message said that his voice mail was full.  We still have not resolved the issue and I will have to resolve it myself because I have incurred a slight water damage to some drywall."
