Not only did the whole house fan motor need to be replaced but the attic fan was not turned on. He repaired everything then spent time helping me install an app on my phone to control the fan through wifi. His is knowledgeable, efficient and extraordinarily fair in his pricing. They communicated every step of the way to inform me of what they were doing and what the issue was and how they were going to fix it.
