The other was replace a part in the faucet if the tub that mixes cold an warm water. Only the cold worked. He tried to loosen and clean the warm part, it needed to be replaced. They went to the local hartware and purchased it. It now works fine now. One suggestion would be that every time an additional charge was mentioned, I had to ask specifically how much it would add to the total bill. I definitely will hire him again."

"Comandor & Antoine showed up within and hour and addressed my issue. They let me watch everything and talked me through start to finish. It was a dirty job, but they did it with a smile and were fun to talk with. They only did what was needed and didn't try to upcharge me for things I don't need. I have been burned before by sewer companies, and it was nice to find a couple guys I can trust. My only complaint is that the AB and Sons website listed "Power rodding starting at $99". I thought this was too good to be true, and it was. The crew wasn't aware of the website price. Turns out that is for rodding regular drains. Be sure to be clear what you need."

"We had an excellent experience with Windy City Rooter. Max (the owner) and his son came to my house to diagnose the problem and give a free estimate. Unlike with other "big name" companies, I felt comfortable with their diagnosis. They dug up the sewer, replaced it, sealed our walls, and cleaned up all in one day as I was at work. Max was phone call or text away, keeping me updated on the entire process. In addition he also helped by talking directly to our insurance adjuster to ensure we could get some money for the damages.
