You would want a licensed plumbing company that is: quick to respond, has a free estimate, comes out on a Saturday, knowledgeable, on-time, efficient, quality work, courteous, and above all else,...integrity. Jason and his team at J I G Plumbing are all that! We were given an initial estimate, but as the trenching started, he informed us that the repair would not be as extensive as previously thought. He re-calculated the cost, saving us considerable money. Jason and his team patiently answered all our questions and informed us of their progress. Jason also provided photos of damaged areas and the finished repair. The repair was completed professionally and efficiently, and the gas company came to inspect/turn the gas on the same day. "Eric and his co-worker were on time, efficient, pleasant. He gave good explanations of what was wrong, how he was going to fix it and the fact that the stem replacement was not all that was needed. "Western Rooter to the rescue again! I had a small underground leak which appeared to be due to a bad sprinkler valve. A sprinkler repair company determined that it was not a bad sprinkler valve and thought it was due to a leak in the main water line. Daniel and Alex dug down to find that the leak was coming from a very old (at least 36 years) broken pvc line. After much testing and head scratching to try to figure out where the water was coming from, they decided to "chase the pipe." After much digging, they found that the very old broken pvc pipe was hooked up to a sprinkler valve that was buried 18 inches underground that had not been capped--only turned off. Roots from a nearby tree had opened the valve which caused the leak--crazy! The current sprinkler system has been the same one since we moved into the house in 1988. It took 36 years for the underground leak to occur!"
