We were well informed of the progress. His crew did an excellent and clean job, working long hours getting the job done. Including excavated to a depth of 10 feet, patched up our concrete driveway and patched up the AC roadway nicely. Wesley even found time to replace our kitchen faucet and under drain without extra charge. Don’t believe he would be the cheapest initial estimate you would get. "TWO entire properties, completely remediated for decrepit cast-iron sewer pipes, under concrete slabs... from 1960s construction in L.A. County. The most thorough examination, in advance of proposal preparation, I've ever seen. Skilled plumbers and diggers, in sufficient numbers to get the job done quickly. Spectacular dust control, to void the need for visqueen of occupants' possessions; they built a "casita" of PVC pipe and heavy plastic tarps and tape. Reasonable and easy to work with. So conscientious... tenant had use of sewer pipes overnight on a big job that took over a week to complete. Completed work passed rigorous leak tests. ALL the iron below floor level is GONE and I'll never have to worry about this again."

"After the gas company refused to turn on our gas due to leak, I searched for gas leak service through Angies. First Class plumbing called and I asked them to perform a test to find out the source of the leak. I agreed to pay them $360 for this service which would be applied to the repair cost should I have decided to choose them for repair. The did a pressure test, confirmed the leak. However, they guessed where the leak was. They said the leak is somewhere underground between the gas meter and where the gas pipe enters teh house (~28 feet). They told me replacing that under-concrete pipe would cost me $9000 and if I do the post repair concrete patch, it would cost $7,000. I asked them to change the whole gas pipe in the yard (b/c it was old), they said $15,000 if I do the post-repair concrete path myself. Based on their statement I signed a contract for $15,000 to replace the whole gas piping in the backyard. Before they were going to show up next day, I asked them to delay the start of the work until Monday (3 days delay). I asked another gas company to do the diagnosis. The leak wasn't in the part of the gas pipe that was going from meter to the place the pipe enters the house. He isolated the segment that was causing the leak, then the leak was gone. I can send you the diagnosis from both companies. I would like First Class piping to pay me my $360 b/c their diagnosis was erroneous. Not only would I have paid the $7000 without having fixed the leak, but I would have damaged the concrete in the yard as well. In their diagnosis, First Class is saying there are Ts under the ground etc. which is absolutely to the case. He would have seen there were no Ts had he used his borescope camera as I asked him to do. I am asking them to pay me back my $360 which is the least they should do."

"Jose came out to trouble my 6 year old water heater which stopped heating and would not respond to my efforts. After a long and thorough attempt to fix the situation, the heater declined to participate. Jose outlined my options and explained in detail what he wanted me to know before deciding to purchase a new system. Once I decided, Jose worked out a plan for me. He made sure his supplier was open on Christmas Eve so he could pick it up and install for me the same day. Jose returned early the next day with his partner to change out the old system (from 2nd floor) and haul the new tank up those pesky stairs. Super Heroes, absolutely. "Great service and work from Miguel and team. I would hire them again. What originally was a slow draining sewer line turned into a root infested backup. Miguel was able to scope the drain and visualize the root of the problem. They were prepared to start digging and had the tools and supplies on the truck to get the job completed. He clearly explained the discovery, repair, and installation process as well as potential other root intrusion spots. After the dig, the soil and grass was replaced and can hardly tell that any work was done. They also cleaned the dirt/mud on the concrete walk way. Thank you Miguel and team for the great work."
