"Bathroom wet space (tub) remodel with Five Star Baths went smoothly for the most part! The transformation is stunning! The quality of the work is exceptional—everything looks polished and feels durable. Communication was somewhat challenging. It was difficult to find a suitable time to connect and discuss the project in detail within my work hours and the hours they have available. Additionally, the final inspection took longer than expected to schedule. I had to personally reach out to coordinate a time that would work and had the expectation that someone would reach out within the next few weeks after the renovations. While this added some extra steps to the process, once the inspection was arranged, the team was efficient in completing it. Overall, I’m thrilled with the end result and would still recommend their services!"

"Our project: Full kitchen redesign including changed floor plan. Plus remodel the dining room, living room, hallway, entry way, basement living room and hallway. Also new stair railing system. Basically everything except bedrooms and bathrooms. We got quotes from several different companies and all 3 were around the same price point for our project. Peak stood out from the others because they were the most professional and seemed the most interested in helping us achieve our goals. Initially we worked with Eric who listened to what we wanted and helped us design our remodel. He provided us with a 3D model of the new layout and space along with an estimate. We then worked with their extended teams to pick out all the materials like flooring, counter tops, cabinets, tile, doors, hardware, paint colors, lighting, etc. It took longer than they expected to start and finish the job but we're very happy with the end results. The quality of their workmanship is EXCELLENT! Also, their crew was very professional and kept things tidy and as clean as possible. "Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
