During the install, there as an issue with the thermostat, and he was able to work through the problem, and walk my wife and I throughout the process. We can't recommend them any higher. They were honest, the workmanship is great, and the employees and owner are professional and personable, and the level of customer service was top notch. We will be working with them in the future."
