"AGS was fantastic to work with, from Todd, the salesperson who came to my house, all the way to Luke who delivered a sink grid to replace the incorrect one I originally received. I had contacts with so many of the employees of AGS (Baris, Oscar, Baran, Tiffany, and more whose names I don’t remember) and each one was thoughtful, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Their customer service is top-notch. I had a few minor glitches that were attended to immediately (e.g., the sink grid). I went to the showroom so I could actually pick out my granite stone. It was not a close ride but definitely worth it. The office staff and even the employees in the back with the stones could not have been more helpful. The "showroom" is really nice with lots of granite and quartz to choose from. I LOVE my new countertops, sinks, and faucet. "Very pleased - arrived on time - quoted the above job - had to replaced faucet and 30 year + old sump pump, main shutoff - cleared drain for sink/disposal and fixed dish washer drain pipe etc. Jermaine had to get WSSC to come out and repair outside water feed, otherwise he would have completed in a few hours (had to wait for WSSC).
