Everything went so well, we decided to replace the rest of the windows in our house using Zen, as well as our sliding glass door, based on the quality of window and workmanship displayed by Zen! The owner came to my home - on time - to explain all the options and costs for replacing my windows. It didn't feel like a sales pitch, but more like a discussion of what was best for my home. Unicorp is a local company and makes their own windows, so I knew if there was a problem, there would be someone nearby to call. My windows were installed on time and the crew was very professional. They are very hard workers; they didn't even take a lunch break. I was assured that my new windows would not let the cold air in, as my old windows did. I'll have to wait for winter to test this out, but I have confidence that since these windows were custom-made for me, they fit more tightly. It has been a pleasure to find a local company that has an excellent product, is honest, and reasonably priced."

"Thomas M was an excellent technician and did great work fixing all the basement windows around the house. These windows are difficult to find a replacement but he was able to repair and repaint them. The other technician was Pablo He worked on caulking all the windows around the house and he did some filling work on the garage sliding doors You did a good job, but Pablo left his trash around and didn’t pick up after himself so Thomas M and I did that on the third day. It took three days total, but it was two men for two days and one man for a 3/4 of a day actually. Although I’ll probably get charged for a full day, since it went past noon. The labor portion is the most expensive and a little higher than I initially anticipated. So, I was hoping for a quicker turnaround, but overall quality work was completed. I would highly recommend Thomas M as a technician to do future work. He’s very knowledgeable, friendly and does a great job. I would hire again but include more details in the contract language."

He did a superb job of drywall repair and matching the 17 year old paint that was on the walls. I would highly recommend Jim Ness and Co for any job. They are coming out to install wall and floor cabinets because I trust them."
