Our bathroom was fully gutted and rebuilt (with same footprint) - the end result was fantastic and I believe the value was very high. Just to make others aware - we had a fair amount of back and forth with the inspectors from our township and had several hardware items delivered to our house that were broken so they had to be re-ordered - so job took longer than we (and Allshire) expected. That said, the company has many positive attributes: 1) communication is solid 2) attitude is positive and professional 3) final workmanship very high 4) pricing very reasonable 5) overall demeanor is friendly and flexible which is what we wanted. We will call them again when we get ready to remodel our kitchen. Allshire is a good company because it is made of good people."

And if they didn’t know they found out and reached out with answers. When the finally came to correct an " oversight", I had to supplied both the paint and the BRUSH... and they left me to clean the brush. They quoted me (and charged me) for items they did not deliver. I had to work to get a refund. They left more than 100 nails on my neighbor's property. Do yourself a favor-get a cheaper source. You might have the same issues but at least you aren't paying a premium for them."

They refused to return my deposit, even though they had not started any work, had not pulled permits, and had not ordered any materials. Most importantly, they also failed to provide the legally required "Notice of Right to Cancel" under the FTC Cooling-Off Rule, which gives homeowners the right to cancel contracts signed at their residence. After multiple emails communications, they finally agreed to release me from the contract but still kept my deposit ? despite having done absolutely nothing. I consider this unfair and not in line with ethical business practices. I?ve initiate to file complaints with the Michigan Attorney General, BBB, and FTC.
