"I just finished a project with Martinez and they are amazing. They took care of everything; From helping us to select the wood till the installation of the entire floor. We have wanted to remodel our home for the longest time and we finally went for it. The floor was the last element to be changed and we went for the always classic and beautiful wood floor. We wanted to get the best material and company in the market to do this project for us, and that's why we chose these guys. They have vast experience on their field, and to top it off, they are honest, professional, and very nice. They made the difference since we spoke to the owner on the phone. Not a lot of people on the construction business are educated and with good presence, let's be honest. But all the employees of Martinez are. We went to their office to choose the wood flooring. Gorgeous materials there and several option to choose from. We selected an European Oak, engineered floor, natural color. Beautiful look, amazing for kids, and will withstand humidity over time. The price was also good for the quality. The shipment was fast, around a week. They also acclimated it for us. In the mean time, they started the demo of the old tile flooring. This is a little bit disturbing, but it's not their fault. They try to be as clean and organized as possible. But, it's a messy process no matter what. When the wood was ready, they started the installation. We stayed at a hotel, took advantage to get a short vacation, but my husband would go almost every afternoon to supervise and see the advancement. The owner was always very nice with us and gave us the update on everything. The project was completed in 10 days more or less. We also order new baseboards with them, more modern, and they look great with the new floor. Floors are an illusion to the eyes. Very beautiful. Beyond happy with our new floor and would be using this company again to install a wall in our new bathroom, once is done of course. High five for Martinez Wood Floors, the best in Miami."

"Brandon Bing and Steve Lorenz are owner-operators and I found both of them to be skilled in their trade, honest and hardworking The installation of the water heater and solar panels went well and any bumps were smoothed out. I am initially disappointed in the Solar array's electric impact but I have a few trees that I need to take out and I still need to get my FPL net metering installed. At times I am producing more than what I consume so until I get net metering installed I cannot capitalize on overproduction. These comments are in no way a reflection on All American Solar for their work ethic or products. In fact, the array is expandable so that I can add more panels in the future. The Solar hot water heater is fantastic and has saved me about $60 per month off my electric bill. I would gladly recommend All American Solar for your solar panels or a solar hot water project and I would hire them again."

Mr. John Sherlock arrived at the time and date specified to give us an estimate.  He returned the following day with his assistant and performed the job in one day.  He installed 26 copper lightning rods on the flat roof of our 7,000 square foot home.  These rods were connected with 500 feet of heavy duty copper cable and were grounded at three points with ground rods going down through the drainpipes into the ground. All parts of the system were securely attached to the roof.  He did a neat job and cleaned up all excess materials.  We were very pleased with the job him did.  Since installation of the lightning rod system we have had no trouble with lightning striking the house or causing power outages or surges.

"We've got American Home Shield. So that kinda varies but united air temp has done some work for us. Probably a couple years ago, I think so. I think its two years ago. They did work on our air conditioning. Well you know with American Home Shield you only pay $75.00. You sign up for a year , its like something you subscribe to.  You call and contact American Home Shield and they have somebody contact you whose in line with their services and agrees to work with them. You pay $75.00 and if its not done correctly for each visit but if they come back twice you don't pay again. Its like 400 and something a year. Its fabulous, its fabulous. If you need plumbing , H VAC, lighting, its amazing. Its worth every dime. And if they can't fix it they replace it at no charge unless you want to upgrade There are some different companies but even when we refinanced our house they had us, no we bought another house in Winchester for our son. And they made us have it in with our policy and they use American Home shield. its fabulous and you don't have to do the searching or anything, If you aren't happy you just tell American Home shield. One time United Air Temp tried to talk us into , they did some plumbing work too, and they were going try to talk us into replacing it with a cheap model. That isn't American Home Shield policy its with the same thing or you can pay to upgrade. Pay the balance of an upgrade. We use it all the time. When my son has issues with his house I tell him just call American Home Shield. They guarantee they will be out within 72 hrs but its usually within 24 hours. We contacted them last week about my son's air conditioning. They came out right away, they had to order something. They had to come back out and they did last Wednesday and they fixed it."

"I had purchased a camera kit and realized it was too large of a task to self-install. The crew with Security Force came out and had the entire job done fast. All 8 cameras, the wires, and the DVR set up - they even used professional-grade wire instead of the wire that came with the kit. It was a professional and clean install. "We called Keys Mechanical to look at our central unit which was making sick noises and obviously struggling to cool our home.  We called them based solely on the Angie's List reviews.  As anyone who has lived in the Keys for any length of time knows, just getting someone to actually show up is a feat in itself let alone someone who is competent to do the job they claim they know how to do.  My husband called, set up a time for someone to come look at the unit and then we waited to see what would happen.  Low and behold an actual AC guy showed up, a little late but he did call ahead to let us know he was running behind.  In our experience, this in itself was remarkable.  It is not unusual for contractors/workers to show up late - after all everyone is on Key West time - but it is usually that they show up as much as 2-3 hours late without the courtesy of a call, explanation or God forbid an apology.  Oftentimes they just don't bother to show up at all.  We often wonder how they keep their businesses going without doing any work.  Anyway, they showed up, performed a diagnostic, gave us the bad but not unexpected news and then proceeded to put a "bandaid" on the unit to bridge the time between getting a new unit.  Gave us an estimate, told us the cost of the day would be erased if we purchased our new unit from them.  We did check out one more source of a new central ac unit; the differance in price was amazing.  In the meantime the "bandaid" while not perfect is certainly keeping us comfortable enough to sleep at night.  We will be purchsing our new unit from them; at that time will probably write another glowing review.
