"Overall I was very satisfied with my experience. They responded to my call quickly and gave me a detailed quote.The recessed lighting (which was the main project) was installed with minimal drywall damage and looks great. They also provided me the contact information for a handyman who they knew would be able to do the minor drywall repairs to my textured ceiling. I was less happy with my bathroom vent fan installation. Since the bathroom is in the middle of the second floor of my rowhome, I had made it clear that they would either need to outlet it through the roof or run the outlet through the ceiling of a bedroom to outlet out the back wall. They quoted me a price for this extra work and told me it could be done. However once they started working they realized they couldn't outlet it through the backwall and were unwilling to outlet it through the flat roof. They still installed the exhaust fan, but it now outlets into the gap between the ceiling and the roof. It's been a headache trying to get someone to do the outlet install; in the mean time and I have a plastic bag taped over the exhaust fan to try and prevent any steam from getting into my walls...but I have no idea how well that's working. Since there was a line-item for the outlet install, they immediately agreed to lower the price when that work was not done. The electrician, Mikey, was very respectful and did to very good work, but he was usually arrived about an hour later than I was told he would. I'm not sure if that was a problem with him or a miscommunication back at the office. Moral of the story: if you need something that's strictly electrical, these guys are great. If you need something that requires electrical + another area of expertise...you might be better off with a handyman or general contractor."

"We have been hit twice by lightning by God's grace either one hit our home however the last strike burnt art motorhome to the ground William was hired to install lightning protection lightning rods on our home and two out buildings he took the time to explain to us everything we needed to know answering every question professionally conducted himself in the utmost professional manner I would highly recommend lightning rods and even more highly recommended hiring William to do the job we are going to do an expansion later on and he will be the one and only contractor I will call to continue our lightning protection"

"The work went great. A representative looked over the situation ( a 3 story townhouse), decided it could be done and gave us a solid price. The two person crew who did the work were punctual, efficient and neat in their work. The detectors and wiring was installed with no damage to the paint. The job took them about 3 hours. "The generator didn't function for a while. It turned out to be an internal connection issue. They were difficult to deal with regarding this problem. They just walked away after the install and the subsequent visits. This went on for a month. They'd come back out, get it working, and it would fail. They also sold us a cold weather kit that I didn't anticipate buying, and they said that this kit was causing the issue. Finally, a tech took the entire morning to resolve our issue. He found that there was a wire not plugged in. After he plugged it in, everything was fine."

The installed the EV charger we had purchased separately exactly how we wanted it. Everything worked perfectly. They even went the extra mile to come back and patch the garage drywall where they had made a few holes to run the cable even though it was not included in the job initially.
