"Brian from Torres flooring reached out to me immediately after I submitted my request, and quickly gave me a quote and did the repair that day! We had a small section of our vinyl floor cut out by our previous owners to install a wooden railing. We removed the railing and needed the flooring patched with some of the flooring we had stored away. I contacted so many floor companies who said the job was 'too risky' and declined the job, or told us we needed to replace the entire floor (for like $5k). "This project was unique in that we had buckling in a particular section of our hardwood flooring. In addition, some moisture was identified under an adjacent section. We replaced the buckling section with ceramic tile “rug” and repaired the adjacent section We were extremely satisfied with Zavala flooring throughout the entire process.
