They called me back Mon morning and came in the afternoon quoting a visit price of $60 and would quote further work after examination. "We are extremely happy with how our new kitchen turned out. We worked with multiple contractors on quotes at the beginning of the process, and although Dan’s quote was higher than the rest, he was the only one we trusted to do the job right. Multiple other contractors gave us drawings that showed they were going to cover the electrical panel with a cabinet or pantry. Dan was the only one that clearly stated that was not allowed. He worked with us on setting up a design that met our needs and worked well in the space we had. To save ourselves some money, we took the demolition of the space upon ourselves (including taking down a wall, and removing all old appliances, counters, cabinets, and flooring). When we finished demolition of the old kitchen, we found a mold problem in our wall. We had Dan and his crew check out the wall, and got quotes from roofers as it appeared the leak was coming from the roof. Again, multiple contractors said we should be able to shore up the studs and only replace a few pieces, while Dan and his crew were confident it needed to be completely repaired. We’re glad we went with Dan and his recommendation, because we discovered that the leak was coming from a window in the wall, and had caused so much damage that everything in that area had to be replaced. Finally, everything was smooth sailing for finishing the kitchen once the repair was done. We had a gas line installed, water lines changed slightly, and the entire kitchen was redone (new floor, cabinets, countertops, and appliances). All of the work from Dan’s crew was done in a timely manner, and done well. We would absolutely call Dan again if (and more likely when) we want to do more renovations on our house."

"First off, John is amazing.  He'd been out to my house a year before to help with this bathtub.
This time, after calling him, he showed up within an hour.  He thought the problem might be the tub drain and suggested replacing it - a simple and non-invasive repair.  He admitted it might be something harder, such as the tub trap, but that would involve cutting a hole in the downstairs ceiling to reach the pipes.  He wanted to avoid that, and so I agreed to start with replacing the accessible drain components.  He sent one of his guys out the next night, working around my family's crazy work schedule.  The drain was replaced and tested, but later that night it started leaking again.  I called John and he apologized and committed to coming back out the next night, saying he would likely have to cut into the ceiling for the repair.
True to his word, he came right out the next night.  He cut two small holes in the ceiling, quickly identified the problem, and fixed the pipes.  We talked about repairing the ceiling, and since I prefer to do that kind of work myself, he walked me through EXACTLY what type of materials I need and EXACTLY how to do the repair.  I plan on getting that done this weekend.
I cannot sing this man's praises enough.  I've never worked with any repair person / contractor who is so nice, understanding, and communicative about the work.  I would recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing work.  I keep his card handy just in case something comes up, because I know he will respond promptly and offer high quality service.  Thanks again John!!

"The work involved installing a kitchen faucet and a bathroom sink/vanity/faucet, some of which was very straightforward and some of which presented challenges because of the set up and small size of my bathroom. My plumber was knowledgeable and conscientious -- and a very smart and proactive problem solver as well! He identified and investigated a set of options to solve the problem, including looking up comments on the items I'd ordered to see if the problems he saw had been commented on by others and getting a few additional pieces of piping, etc, for a beautiful workaround.
