"We contracted with JAM Home Services (Jeff) to repair and paint walls, ceilings and closets in the living/dining room and 3 bedrooms of our house. We also asked about installing base board where missing/damaged and also installing shoe molding in all rooms (we had just had carpeting removed and hardwood floors refinished), While his was not lowest estimate for the project, we were impressed with his knowledge, suggestions for successful completion and his professionalism. At our request, he suggested several colors that would work with the hardwood floors. We agreed on a start date, which had to be firm, to meet a specific timeline to place our house on the market. A week before start date, he checked in with us to be sure we still on schedule. As it happened, other projects were already completed, so he started a week earlier than planned and completed the project withing the 4 days he had originally estimated. We could not have been more pleased with the result! Each day, the work space was cleared and cleaned, except for drop cloths left to protect floors. He repaired a baseball-sized hole in the wall in one bedroom, repaired a crack in the plaster above a door in the living room, filled all nail holes. The paint on all ceilings, wall and closets was smooth and even - no messy corners or bleeding edges. The new base boards and and shoe molding were such great enhancements to the rooms. We highly recommend JAM Home Services for anyone with home repair or improvement project needs!"

"This was our 2nd project with Craig after having our basement refinished. Our new crown moldings have lightening above that reflects onto the ceiling. It makes the rooms look more elegant. The kitchen had ugly multi colored back splash we inherited when we purchased the house. Now, the marble back splash reflects the quality of our home in general. All craftmenship work was done at a fair price and until we were fully satisfied.Craig's workers are the best from professionalism,skill to timeliness from start to finish. We are now finalizing plans on a screened porch with a stamped concrete floor that will blend in with the home and look like it's always been there. "Danny repaired some rotted wood I had from some water damage and also repaired my drip edge that had pulled away from my roof and retarred a couple of area for me - also wrapped a few post I had in aluminum - I would actually give these guys a B+ - they take pride in what they do and want to make the customer happy - I changed things up a little bit and he was happy to accommodate my request - willing to work with the customer - these guys work hard and want to do it right - if you're a real picky person that likes things done a certain way this guy might not be for you but if you want some good solid work then this is the guy for you - I will be having these guys do more work for me and would recommend them to neighbors"

I’m not a DIY person, so hearing his explanations helped me understand his proposal. -- The job consisted of repainting kitchen and family room in the same colors which I really liked but were old and needed freshening. Billy took switch plate covers to the paint supplier to get a match. It also included painting new wood trim around a recently replaced patio door. The workspaces painted included tray and coved ceilings. -- Billy’s team did an excellent job of painting and clean-up and showed respect for my property. -- This is the second time I have used MHI and they have now done both exterior and interior work for me. "Everything went great. The entire company was very friendly and helpful. Charles came to do the inspection and spent over an hour checking everything out, explaining everything he saw, making sure I understood what was wrong and what needed to be done. He was very thorough. They scheduled the work within a few days and even when we had to reschedule he communicate a plan very effectively. The job required two days, one for the mold and one for everything else. They were very efficient and did excellent work. I actually notice a big difference in the comfort of my home. "I'm extremely satisfied with the work that was performed.From the first day that I got in contact with the company,I was assured that everything would be ok.Tom of R & L came to my building and assessed the situation and he immediately began to make calls to get things back in order for me.Because of the fire damage my building and contents were in bad shape.Tom was able to contact my insurance adjuster and before you know it there was all kinds of action going on in my building to get things back in order.I must say that I do now have a very professional and new looking building from the work done by R & L company.Of all the different people that Tom had to come and perform work on my building,they were all professional with very positive attitudes,and I felt comfortable with them being in my building.I will be recommending the services of R & L in the future,they are a great company and I love the work that they did for me.

"I REALLY liked the salesperson that we bought it from. HE was excellent. When there was a glitch with our siding order, he came back out to check things out. HOWEVER, the guy who put up our siding was not real particular. He cut off our gutters when they were to be removed and re-hung. I AM pleased that the company replaced them without any hassle. The siding was over hanging the gables. It wasn't until we said something that he fixed it. That was the overall problem. Unless we caught a problem, it would have remained. While it might be our house itself, the siding installment is not what I'd consider "A". I don't think that I should be the one pointing out mistakes and getting them fixed. I think that they should have just been fixed. I'm glad that the guy was nice. But the end result was not installed like we had pictured."
