It only took about 20 minutes for the quote and Jim explained everything. Other quotes we got from national brands took 2+ hours and were not as informative. The quote was very reasonable and was so much cheaper than other companies for the same windows!! Jim explained everything and was extremely diligent with communication. He would always notify us when he was on his way and when he was done for the day and what the next step was. He answered all my questions and concerns. Jim also refused to install two of the windows because he did not like how they opened and closed. Most contractors would have just thrown them in and left the problem with the home owner. Jim also took the time to show me some water damage he discovered during demolition. Most contractors would not have said anything because it had nothing to do with the windows but instead was because of missing gutters. Jim offered to repair the damage at an amazing price and it was done to perfection. I would hire JMT to do work on any of my properties."
