"Adam Case, the installer, arrived promptly and set to work. The whole job took about 4-5 hours and involved determining just where the skylights could be placed, cutting the holes in the ceiling and roof and installing the units. The job was accomplished with no mess for us to clean up, inside or outside. The installer was very professional and offered good advice as to where best to place the units and also advised that we should go with the minimum number of units to start rather than install the additional units that we had considered. He felt we should live with the initial units for a while to determine if they would be sufficient. After that, we could decide if we would need more units. The result was really amazing. This report is to praise both the product and the installation job. The amount of light that the Solatube skylights put into our living room and kitchen was very impressive. It went from needing lights on during the day to work in the kitchen and to read in the living room to not needing lights on at all during the day. That part of our house was quite dark before and now it looks very bright. We are extremely pleased with the result. We would definitely recommend both the installer and the product to anybody! "Bowtie replaced the roof on my garage a couple years ago when a tree fell on it. This time hail destroyed  the entire roof (Murphy's Law?). They did a great job on the garage, so I had no reservations giving them this job as well.
A team of about 6 guys showed up in the early morning on the appointed day and just got busy. The team worked well together and it was easy to see that they all knew what to do without being told. They finished the garage the 1st day, and came back the 2nd day to do the house.  The crew replaced some rotted out wood sheathing that was discovered when they stripped the roof. They made sure the gutters were properly installed under the new drip edge.
An unexpected bonus was the way they handled the lightning rods. The ground wires were neatly tucked under the ridge cap, out of view and greatly enhancing the beauty of the finished roof. Great idea! Bowtie also used a tough polypropylene underlayment when they could have gotten by using old-school felt.

"The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"
