"The retaining wall looks great and all my neighbors agree. We were not home during the 4 day project but were kept abreast of the installation. Our neighbors said it looked like a bomb went off with the tearing out of old wall, the materials, the equipment etc but after 4 days you'd never know they were even there except we had a beautiful new wall. They went above and beyond ensuring the surrounding area looked fantastic. Would highly recommend them for their quality work."

"They are actually a national firm. I spent between $8000 and $10000. They did the complete tear down and reshingle in one day. They had 10 guys working here. They worked hard. They did it quickly. There wasn't any inconvenience at all. They got up there and did the work. I don't know anybody else who does it in one day with the size of the roof that we have. We've got a 4000 sqft house. I was happy."

"Having no access to our back yard I was looking for someone to build a stairway down a very steep hillside. Out of three contractors, Jared Dean is the only one to actually show up when he promised and the only one to provide a written estimate of the work to be performed. What I especially appreciated was his suggestion of not doing steps but instead cutting in a walkway diagonally across the hill, making access to the bottom much easier and safer.
The walkway is approximately 35 feet long, 3 1/2 feet wide, and is supported on the outside by two layers of railroad ties secured into the ground with rebar. Initially we decided to leave the upside of the walkway alone; however, after one heavy rainfall there was some erosion so Jared and his men returned to place a double layer of raillroad ties on the upside of the walkway.
The filler for the walkway is comprised of large gravel stones. They do not move during a heavy rain and I am more than completely satisfied and happy with the completed project.
The original neighbor to the right of my home had no problem with me going down a short path between our homes, the path being on his property. Two years ago the home was sold and the new neighbor had a different idea. Now, I am free to walk up and down the hill whenever I wish and that makes me happy. I should mention that at the bottom of the hill there is a substantial area that becomes overgrown with weeds and I have always kept it mowed short. That job was eliminated by the restriction I mentioned earlier. Now I have easy access and can keep the back neat a beautiful.
"

"The quality of the deck, grow box and retaining wall are very good. I'm getting great vegetables out of the garden! I don't think the tree cutting project really finished up as well as I expected. Although they brought the trees down expertly, Lee had promised to "chunk up" the trees that were cut down so we could make firewood out of them and that didn't get done until I hired someone else this Spring. Overall I'd really recommend Lee and Mark for their building skills and if you're ready to deal with the mess yourself they're precise about bringing the trees down in tight spaces.
"

"Same as above-
We really liked the people there, and enjoyed going through the slabs. The company was very patient with us as we took up a lot of their time. We only chose another company to do our work because I didn't like having the countertop's seam located at the middle of the sink, which, from our conversations with them, was the only option. If that's not an issue for you, I would recommend them just for their helpful nature and willingness to spend time with someone who they don't know will hire them. (I can't speak for their actual installation work.)"
