"They called within minutes of my posted request on Home Advisor. We set up the appointment for the following morning. He called prior to arriving to let me know he was at the parts store buying the part for my built-in electric stovetop. Note that he replaced a broken knob for the fan. Arrived on time and repaired my stovetop without issue. Very nice young gentlemen. It took approximately an hour or maybe a little less and cost $255 (with a 10% discount). I thought it was a little expensive but better than replacing the stovetop that's for sure. I would definitely use them again. Note that I believe they are named Greenwood Appliance now."
