"The Access Garage Doors of Dayton recently replaced my former damaged garage door. The replacement was done professionally, within a few hours, with a Clopay Classic Steel series door, and I would rate their work five stars. The door design looks great, and the door color matches the garage face perfectly. The only potential issue, which I found, is that only a single torsion spring was installed. I think a safer double spring system should be always installed. In fact, my former door was damaged because it also had a single torsion spring, and when the spring broke, it fell down abruptly on breaks lying on the floor behind it. Fortunately, nobody was injured. From this experience I recommend installing double spring system. If one spring brakes, the other will keep the door from falling abruptly."
