They power washed my portico which was extremely dirty, removed my piano, moved heavy furniture from my up stairs to basement moved large bed tip 2 flight a of stairs and did a great patch job on some rotted wood . "In October 2014 Mr. Lazo came to look at the task at hand. I showed him what I wanted done and he pointed out a couple of wood rot problems that I had not noticed. Once we finished the walk around, he prepared a detailed proposal - before leaving.
I had also talked with another contractor about the same work. They took several days to prepare a proposal, and when I e-mailed with a specific question the reply I got (from the other company, not George's painting) was not satisfactory.
George mobilized his crew, and they were on the site at 7AM. Because there was rain in the forecast, he brought in a larger crew than original discussed, and was able to finish the job quicker than originally scheduled. The work was great, they carefully cleaned up and  left the house and yard in excellent shape.
I had specifically asked that they not touch one side of the garage because of some carpentry work that needed to be done - I was planning to do it. I was so pleased with the work that they did on the house and the rest of the garage that I asked George to give me a quote for doing the carpentry work on the garage. I liked the price and I decided to have him do it. The carpenter came out today Nov 12th - 7AM again, and took care of the carpentry work and painted it.
I am pleased with the work that George's Painting has done, and would expect to contact Mr. Lazo again in the future if I need interior painting or other painting or carpentry work. I don't expect to be needing any exterior painting.

"Jamie is awesome-  between my parents and I we wont use anyone else.   He is honest, detail oriented and over communicates with us. He shows up when he says he will, calls when he has an issue, question etc.  Open to any and all suggestions and will give you his feedback only when asked or doesnt seem right.  
The bathroom turned out better then I imaged. We did do some of the legwork to keep costs within our budget and he worked well with our plumber.  Would use over and over!
