"Our HVAC (dual zone) was over 20 years old when we moved in. When one of the ACs went out (refrigerant leak) we opted to replace rather than repair. They were able to give us a very competitive price to replace both zones at the same time. Install took about two days and they were able to have the ACs online and working before they left on day 1. Had one minor issue that they were able to come out and quickly rectify. Still waiting on the city of Sandy to come do an inspection but the work looks clean and I don’t expect any problems. They seem like the kind of group that will stand by their work hassle free but even if there was a major issue I’m sure you could go sit down with the owner and work it out. "They came out on a Saturday, but could not finish the job, they had to come back on Monday morning to finish up. When they put the sink back together, they forgot to install back the garbage disposal. They also did not have too much knowledge of the piping and because of that, they only replace one for Spicket and only replace parts on another. When I tried to call to complain about the garbage disposal, they kept circling back to different phone numbers."

"It went well, but there were a few glitches, and the process ended up taking three visits instead of "same day." I went with this company despite several lower bids because I was impressed with the Angie's List reports, and because the bidder was very knowledgeable and honest. The installer seemed to be extremely skilled at his work, but was late twice and almost installed the incorrect humidifier. Because of this mistake, some of the work had to redone to accommodate the correct humidifier. Still, small potatoes, and he did good work. On the first day the old furnace was removed and the new one installed. Unfortunately, (and no one called to tell me this), the humidifier was not available. Also, some of the ducting had to be redone to accommodate opening the closet door, so a new appointment was set. This time the installer was late and arrived with the incorrect humidifer, which would have been installed if I hadn't checked it. (Caveat emptor.) Third time was the charm and all was completed as specified in the contract. I don't know what to compare it to, but the work seems of very good quality and I'm more than satisfied with it. Bottom line: Expect the process to take longer than you might think, and check the equipment that's installed. It'll be worth it, and you'll be happy with SameDay because they make the effort to do the job right."
