In September of 2023 it was time to remodel my kitchen, there was no doubt that I would contact Jeff and Sarasota’s Best Construction & Flooring LLC to do this job as well. "We had Mr. Ruiz from Blue Bay Construction Group stop by for an Estimate and after the Estimate install an Under Cabinet Range Hood and a LED Light Fixture above the Kitchen Sink. He was very knowledgeable about the above work, he also had all the needed tools and additional materials needed for installation of the above. He did not try to up sale the above work. We will use them again for other projects we will be doing."

"For the patio: I think their design is effective, and I appreciated their flexibly. All of their sub-contractors did good work. The project did take a little longer than anticipated, but the price was reasonable.

For the attic: This experience wasn?t as good because of issues with responsiveness and communication. However, I am happy with final results."

"I had an excellent experience with my kitchen remodel through S&W Palm Harbor. I had a general color scheme with some style references to start from and Gina did a great job as designer making it fit to the space and sourcing product to match as we narrowed down the choices to the final design. Daniel the contractor kept me informed on the work scheduling and handled bumps along the way like switching the round pop-up outlets to square ones when the demolition revealed unexpected clearance issues. They were very accommodating to reusing my existing appliances and saving some of the fixtures that I wanted for my laundry room. My kitchen looks awesome and the gain in functionality is a massive improvement from my original layout."

They took over a job that was started by a terrible builder so I was able to experience first hand how bad things can get and what’s it’s like to work with a quality team. In addition to quality work, they were just wonderfully positive people to work with. Not a single person or subcontractor was difficult, argumentized or worked with a negative attitude. There were a couple subs carried over from the previous builder that were also not great to work with so I also got to see the difference between a poor builder’s subs and a quality builder. The scope of the work was to complete our new home build after the house was built up to the point of having the framing, roof and utilities roughed in. They really did a great job of converting disaster to master piece."
