Jeff was excellent at suggesting improvements to our bathroom shower, entrance and new vanity and cabinets. He offered excellent contractors that we used for new granite countertops for kitchen and bath areas. He also met us at Floor and Decor store and assisted our selection of new bathroom tile and flooring that was used to replace our ugly old carpet in our living room, dining room and hallway areas. Contractor coordinated scheduling of tile, cabinet, plumbing and countertop installations with all sub contractors selected for our project. We are extremely happy with the results of their work!"

"We had Mr. Ruiz from Blue Bay Construction Group stop by for an Estimate and after the Estimate install an Under Cabinet Range Hood and a LED Light Fixture above the Kitchen Sink. He was very knowledgeable about the above work, he also had all the needed tools and additional materials needed for installation of the above. He did not try to up sale the above work. We will use them again for other projects we will be doing."

"Major work accomplishment included: concrete removal to expose under-floor plumbing; concrete pouring; installation of new plumbing and electrical circuits; installation of new bathroom fixtures; construction of new walls; a new door; and interior stucco application. The work was done under permit. All seven (7) required city inspections passed without an issue, indicating that the craftsmen, who worked on the project, were knowledgeable of applicable building codes. The project turned out very well, and it has provided a significant enhancement to my home. A miscommunication issue with the painting subcontractor was resolved quickly by the project manager. The project cost was on the higher end of the scale (based on other bids), hence the grade of “B” for pricing. I would hire AAA Services of Central Florida Inc again. I trust them. They do good work and stand behind what they do. I recommend them without reservation."

"We are glad the we used S and W to do our kitchen and flooring remodel! We reached out to them after a friend had used them for two separate remodels. They had worked with Laura Scott for both projects, and we were fortunate to find Laura actually at the Wickham Road showroom when we dropped by. For this project we provided a general wish list of changes, and provided some photos of our existing space. Before charging us anything, Laura and the construction estimator Robert Husband came out to photograph and measure our space. From that information, she developed a preliminary design for us. She cheerfully made changes that we requested, and met with us several times to assist in picking out cabinet styles and colors, flooring, hardware, countertops, backsplashes, etc. When we asked for suggestions, we got them, and when we stated our selections, they were welcomed. Once the construction started, we only had the dumpster in our driveway for a few days. This was a significant redo, with everything in the kitchen, and the tile flooring, being replaced. S and W uses a lot of subcontractors, including some from the Orlando area, and the project was run by a single construction manager, Stephan Preisendanz. All of the subcontractors and S and W employees did good work, and were respectful while working in our home. There were few issues that came up during the construction, but all were resolved quickly and amiably. Be advised that a project like this takes a significant amount of time. The design phase took about 4 months, and it was just under 5 months from signed contract to project start. The kitchen was functional at the 3 ½ month mark, and punch list items completed at just over 4 months after start."
