Austin saw his email, and staff saw the AI, and Austin fielded the call to Christopher who called me and promptly came out. I can't say enough about the heart of this business. "Have used Travis & his staff twice over the past 5 years or so. Both times I was in an emergency situation with my A/C unit. Both times Travis responded very quickly. Both times, it was to correct issues that someone else had caused. Once, he did all the work himself & the second time, when I called he was on vacation, but quickly sent an associate who also did an excellent job. What a blessing to find a workforce with such great communication skills, honesty & most of all integrity! "

"ZERO STARS!! Had a "plumber" from Call Dad to fix a blocked toilet. Had to call someone from Columbia since apparently, they don't have plumbers in Charlotte (WTH?) even though they claim to have local plumbers. Guy charged me over $400 and told me they had to call another company to actually fix the problem. This company was also out of Columbia and didn't serve Charlotte. Plumber said he couldn't do anything and I had to call another plumber but did not offer any refund. Called another plumber and he fixed for a little over $100. Call Dad lost another customer! Looking at other reviews here, I'm not the only one. From Invoice: "Once toilet was pulled I snaked the toilet to ensure it wasn't lodged in P-Trap.
