"Jerry responded in < 1 hour regarding an issue I was having with my internal webcam. After remoting into my PC, he recommended that because of the PC's age I should purchase an external webcam. While still on my PC, he found the specific webcam on Amazon and dropped in my cart. When asked for the charge, he replied "$0.00". Received the webcam today --- problem solved. I would call Jerry for any future computer issues, definitely a great guy."

"I am very pleased with the work Earl did on restoring the operating system on my fairly new Lenova laptop. Earl was very helpful in attempting to troubleshoot my issue over the phone first. When we couldn't resolve the issue over the phone we made arrangements for him to work on my laptop. on a weekend. Earl had my laptop working and returned to me in less than one day. I would definitely use Earl again. He is extremely professional and provides quick turn around and excellent customer service."
