"I found them on Angie’s List. The whole experience was fabulous but we haven’t driven the car yet. I was wondering about giving them good grades and when we’d drive the car, the windshield would blow off. I am a little nervous about that but I was really pleased with them. Even with the initial call and the girls that I talked to; the first time I called them, I think the girl’s name was Linda, and she was really nice and knew what she was talking about. I told her exactly what the crack was and she was able to give me an exact quote of how much it was going to cost inclusive of the tax. I think I called them on a Friday before Christmas, and they set the appointment up for Tuesday and said that if I called after 9 o’clock, they would give me a 2 hour window of when they would come out. She was really, really nice, professional and knew her stuff. When I called on Tuesday after 9:30 to get the 2 hour window, the receptionist was really nice and she gave me the 2 hour window. The guys showed up on time, within the 2 hour window. Randal was the name of the installer, and he was fabulous with his personality. He took his time doing the work and explained everything he was doing. You could tell that he took pride in his work and charged me exactly what they said it was going to cost. He got it done in a half hours time and they were wonderful."
