The owner, Mike, and salesman, Dana, were very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel any sort of pressure. Mike even traveled the 90-ish minutes to my home to take the final measurements for each window to make sure everything was done right. When it came time for installation, the crew (shout out to Ryan, Dean, Eric, Colby, Will, Luke and Tyler) was on time, personable, and treated my home with respect. they did an excellent job with clean-up as well! I am beyond satisfied with my new windows and I finally get to enjoy looking out my sunroom's windows to see my backyard. "We replaced 11 original windows in a 110 yr old home. Called and salesman came out and did an excellent job of explaining what they do and cost. No high pressure sales. Two weeks later a second individual measured the windows a second time. Took about 90 days to make the windows. Installers came and installed all the windows in four hours. Did a fantastic job. We were originally concerned the windows would looks like modern windows on a 110yr old home. No need for concern. Windows matched the original oak trim and look like they we always there. Had two 90+ degree days after the windows were in and can already see the difference. Would recommend"

"Overall, very well. We liked the selection of materials from which to select. The window and doors installation went in quickly, efficiently and professionally. Good attention to detail, for example in matching door and window trim style, matching door locks, hinged on the correct side.... The siding took a little longer than expected but it turned out rather well. We were satisfied with the cleanup after the work was done. We had a few problems, some of which were corrected. When the siding was done, three nails penetrated our laundry chute which is located in an outer wall. I was able to identify the three locations and the siding was opened in the area and all three nails removed. As for the windows, one crank on the sash windows was damaged in shipping, a very large chunk of paint chipped from the handle. Also, one of the screens in the window had a one-inch tear in it near the top. I asked that these things be fixed and were agreed-to but even after phone calls and emails, it never happened. There seemed to be some disagreement within the company aboout who would fix these things. I found a matching window crank online and repalced it myself. The screen still has the one-inch tear but it is high up and we keep the blinds drawn over it. We were never asked to put any money down, even prior to ordering the material. We payed the day the work was finished (minus the window crank and screen repair, of course). The work was priced reasonably and we'd use them again!"

"Ryan did a great job on our drywall repair. They arrived on time, with all materials to fix the drywall after the plumbing leak. Replaced insulation, drywall, taped and textured. I could not tell where the repair was after they were done!!! I will certainly have them back for others repairs if needed."
