"Piers shifted and foundation moved.  This has happened three times in 6 years.  They're willing enough to come do the warranty work, but will not commit to a date and show up when it suits them.  The folks that do come out to do the work are very polite and courteous, it's just a surprise when they arrive.  The primary problem is that their solution doesn't seem to work.  The piers collapse or fall over, and the foundation moves.  Indeed, it has collapsed again.

The thing I really liked about them was their communication skills. If something came up that was questioned, they brought it to our attention to make sure we got exactly what we wanted.
