"Piers shifted and foundation moved.  This has happened three times in 6 years.  They're willing enough to come do the warranty work, but will not commit to a date and show up when it suits them.  The folks that do come out to do the work are very polite and courteous, it's just a surprise when they arrive.  The primary problem is that their solution doesn't seem to work.  The piers collapse or fall over, and the foundation moves.  Indeed, it has collapsed again.

Joey did great work to hand mix and pour a small concrete pad for a greenhouse in my backyard. He was easy to work with, reasonably priced, prompt, and cleaned up when he was finished. He even threw in a little extra repair to a brick I had that was falling out of a retaining wall close to the site where he was working on my main project. "Went great. they were done in about 3 or 4 days. They cleaned up everything and built the wall right. The stacked stone the re-attached to the wall looked a lot better than the original wall. It's been almost 2 years now and we have been through a couple of very heavy and prolonged rain events and the wall is still good. I decided to do this review because I was on this website and looking to have them do another job for me."
