"The AFS team of Taylor Fox, Cody Brittan and Donald Dease did an absolutely awesome job. They arrived on time, went right to work, and knew exactly what each was doing. Like an oiled machine. They brought any problems or concerns to my attention that was not covered under the original work order so that I could make a timely and correct decision as to what to do. They treated our church basement as if they were working on their own personal home. They left the basement as clean as they found it. We could not be more pleased with their work, and will definitely call on them again if we have any more foundation work that we need to have done. The whole AFS team are pros from start to finish."

"Doug Spohn was recommended by the architect we had design the remodel/addition. The first thing that stood out to me was his punctuality. He said he would be over at 10:00 to look it over for bidding, and when he saw he would be about 5 minutes late, he called to let us know he was running a little late. He submitted his bid when he said he would, with the right amount of detail. He detailed the bid in order to allow me to do some of the work and save some money. Changes and additions during the job were made without adding on any additional charges other than the material.  From day one on the job, he was here to get the workers started and checked on them frequently. His subcontractors were great. They were all very professional, courteous and respectful. The job was finished when he said it would be. He was great choice, and we now have a friend in Doug. I would recommend him to everyone. <br />"

"Blake did a fantastic job in the basement. The job was complicated by discovering extensive water damage but he took care of everything and went above and beyond to finish the job. While the original schedule was out the window because of the water damage, the job was finished in a timely manner with the team working late on several occasions just to get things done. He even added finishing touches that were not included in the contract, and did not charge for them, just to make everything uniform and professional. He was conscientious, polite, considerate and kept the job site as clean as possible which was great as we were living upstairs during the job. I would highly recommend Blake Brothers Contracting and we plan on working with him again next year to remodel the upstairs and kitchen."

"Ellisons Home Improvements came in to repair a disastrous deck job by another (not Angi) builder, who failed us completely. Ellisons was fair priced; maintained excellent communication throughout the work for us; and did exactly what he agreed to do and then some. I say “and then some” because Rhett Ellison has a feel and gift for woodworking. He is an artist as much as a laborer. He brings experience and pure talent to a project. My only regret? I didn’t START with Ellison’s Home Improvements. But I will be using EHI to wrap up any additional work that needs completing in the future. Ellisons is the real deal: Gifted, conscientious, and there when you need him."

"Dewayne Bowman is one of the nicest guys I have met. He is totally professional and yet very personable at the same time. He and his crew went far beyond what I ever imagined. Our home is an older house. And for those of you who do not know, that means that a lot of times things are not centered, etc. So working with existing floors and walls that are not centered or slightly bowed out can be a challenge for somebody who is putting in new walls attaching to the existing walls. Mr. Bowman pulled it off without a hitch. Our house looks amazing!! I was out-of-town while Mr. Bowman was doing the remodeling on our house. I found him to be totally trustworthy. I would definitely use him again and I encourage everyone in the Cleveland Tennessee area if you need work done on your house, call Mr. Bowman. You will not be disappointed in him or his crew. I find him to be very honorable in his dealings and very fair in his prices. And just a side note-we did get the folks at Lowe's to frame out the carport. The reason that we did that was we were new to the area, and we did not know anyone. We thought at least Lowe's has a warranty, if were not satisfied and in case the contractor takes the money and runs. I will say that I wished 1 million times over that we had gotten Mr. Bowman to do the entire thing. We would have gotten a much better deal and we would have gotten better quality work. Thank you Mr. Bowman for what you did for us. My family and I are very grateful to have you help us and also to call you a friend.
