"Doug Spohn was recommended by the architect we had design the remodel/addition. The first thing that stood out to me was his punctuality. He said he would be over at 10:00 to look it over for bidding, and when he saw he would be about 5 minutes late, he called to let us know he was running a little late. He submitted his bid when he said he would, with the right amount of detail. He detailed the bid in order to allow me to do some of the work and save some money. Changes and additions during the job were made without adding on any additional charges other than the material.  From day one on the job, he was here to get the workers started and checked on them frequently. His subcontractors were great. They were all very professional, courteous and respectful. The job was finished when he said it would be. He was great choice, and we now have a friend in Doug. I would recommend him to everyone. <br />"

"Outstanding; Tim Holloway and Titus did an outstanding job specifically with the problem casement window and cellar foyer leaking issue. They’re good decent men and a real pleasure to watch them perform miracles."

"Due to tornado damage 10-26-2010, our power line was taken down all the way to the meter and pulled out the house by fallen trees. We were without power until the power line could be restored to the house. While the trees were were being removed and a new power meter and weather head installed nearby, The Bryan Burger Construction Co. worked on a ladder to repair the house siding, gutter downspot, and install a new eyebolt to support the power line. We had power restored on 10-27."

"Joe inspected my roof and pointed out the areas that might have problems. He made minor repairs to the roof and fixed the area around my skylight that was leaking. He was punctual, professional, and he did a good job. <br>"

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Cleveland, TN

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
