Get matched with top drain line breakage camera locaters in Cleveland, TX

"Awesome service!! Zach (tech) spent over 6 hours taking toilets (3) apart, snaking the drain (in 2 locations) all the way to the city line and running a camera to the city line as well. During this process another tech brought a bigger machine – afterhours. Then he correctly diagnosed the problem – the city line was plugged. Zach talked to the city dispatcher (Saturday @ 8 pm) and then left. Was stunned the bill was reduced to $100 (afterhours callout fee), Zach said “We didn’t fix it you don’t pay” Was shocked when a Huntsville Public Works truck showed up 2 hours later (10 pm on Saturday) and used 750 psi to unclog the sewer line."

"Plumber did a quality job and had a great attitude."

"They were honest with me. They could have snaked the line and made more money but he said the roots weren't bad enough to warrant the cost right now."

"Giving Team Enoch 6 out of 5 stars here. Best experience I’ve ever had with an A/C service company. You’re not gonna get better pricing for service. Spoke to Miles over the phone yesterday. Told him a company from American Home Shield came out earlier at noon and diagnosed us with a failed compressor. Miles laid out multiple options with very competitive prices along with 0% interest. Took the time to really explain everything and educate me even though I could tell his phone was ringing off the hook. He even suggested calling a few more places to price compare because he knew his rates were more than fair. He then sent multiple competitive estimates to my email. When I explained my situation further to Miles about how a company from AHS left my house in a worse situation than it was before they came out, Miles offered to send someone out ASAP to look at what happened. The Team Enoch technician, Lupe, was on time, very professional, experienced, and knowledgeable. I watched him open my condenser as we both saw that the AHS company that came out earlier actually disconnected multiple parts including my compressor. Once Lupe hooked it back up my compressor worked fine, but was low in Freon. Lupe filled it up for me, cleared out the drip line from the attic, and double checked my supply and return vents. Everything was in perfect working order again. Lupe even gave me several pro tips to limit how often I might need service repairs. Felt like these guys actually like what they do and want to help me while earning an honest living for themselves. *This review was migrated from an affiliated account on Angi with an original submission date of 6/12/2020."

"I had a major pipe break in my bathroom walls and it was leaking to my livingroom. I call Derrick because I heard so much on the work and prices he gives, and saved me lots of money by fixing my issue and installing a new tub for me. I will be calling them again on any of my plumbing problems!"

"Genesis diagnosed my problems quickly, and resolved them quickly. Honest, trustworthy guys!"

"It went very smoothly. Technician, Josh was very courteous and professional."

"They called ahead of time (which most people say they will do and almost never do), got there on time and had the drain cleared and fixed in fairly short order. Very nice and professional; even gave me advise on how to prevent in the future. Would highly recommend this company

"Trey and Josh were excellent! They were prompt and polite and explained all the steps and details to me throughout the process. They worked quickly and got the inspection scheduled the next day after completing the drain line update. We are very pleased with the service and will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing needs!
