"Fantastic job and done within the time frame that i needed it done in, the crew worked in very bad weather conditions to get me done and its very much appreciated considering my time crunch !!!"

"Tri-State recently provided a bid for my patio project. Their price was neither the lowest nor the highest, but what set them apart was the quality of their knowledge and the reasoning behind their recommendations. While several other contractors I found through Angie’s suggested simply pouring the concrete slab directly on the ground, Tri-State explained the importance of additional support beneath the patio. They recommended installing piers under the slab to help minimize future movement and settling. Their approach demonstrated a deeper understanding of structural integrity and long-term performance. It was clear that their team has a strong engineering and structural repair background. Since they also specialize in foundation and structural repairs, I felt confident in their ability to design and build a patio that would last. I’m very happy with my whole experience. Highly recommend!"

"I hired Paramount Residential to landscape my front and side yard. They built a beautiful rock wall and did such an amazing job. The communication and attention to detail was great. After the front yard was complete, I rehired them to trim up and refresh my back yard! I will be using them on an ongoing basis to maintain my yard. Fabulous to work with and I highly recommend them."
