"Frank returned my call very quickly, after I explained the issue we set up an appointment. Frank was very flexible with a time to accommodate our work schedule. We started out just wanting to regrout the tub and tile but after We saw his work, We had Frank do the floor tile as well! He offered suggestions and offered 2 prices. No pressure sales pitch. He showed up on time, had respect for our home and cleaned up when he was finished. He even mixed up extra grout for us to use in our 2nd shower should we need it.
