Steve Edwards, the owner, gave us an honest assessment of the condition of the old deck, enabling us to retain the old posts and joists. He gave us a fair, detailed, itemized price for the remodel, which included removal and replacement of our deck furniture and grill, with a complete rebuild of the staircase. Unlike other contractors we spoke with there was no attempt to upsell. The work was initiated within the time period specified in the contract.
