They were always on time, friendly, professional, and did a great job everything looks fantastic. Charles was excellent at communicating throughout the entire process and always got back to me promptly when I had questions. The designer was amazing anf=d gave us great layouts. "As a disabled veteran, I thought this company cared about me in a way that I would feel proud about. They came in, gave me the pitch, told me they worked with veterans and knew what paperwork needed to be done to send to the VA and I went with it hook line and sinker. It?s been a month since the walk-in shower was completed, and they have yet to give me the needed final paperwork to give to the VA to process for my HISA verification. Their call center not only lied to me telling me that they were going to send it, they lied to the VA who also called and was informed they were going to send it to them also. As a veteran, I would stay away from this company, far away from this company because of their non-commitment to finish what they started. The workers are superb, the sales team and customer service is trash. I apologize for the tone but I am very upset and it took me 39 days to post this because I thought they were actually working the issue but they aren?t. "

"Excellent workmanship and service to build a full bathroom in the basement. Oral Aydogdu and his team are working tirelessly to complete the project on time His estimate is pretty fair as compared to others. His materials used in this project are top quality. Oral is very nice to work with and he addresses all questions and concerns you may have from start to finish. After the job is completed his crews removed all trashes and cleaned up the entire floor as well as power washed the driveway and front porch. His work and performance go beyond my expectations. I would recommend his company to anybody who needs home improvement. Keep up the good job Oral."

"2 of 997 Urgent: Project Management Issues & Pending Renovation Work We are experiencing significant project management issues that have caused unnecessary delays and frustration.Their quality of work is good but project management sucks big time,. We started our bathroom rennovations on Nov 29th 2024 the project wsda supposed to be completed in 5 weeks now it is almost 2 months and the master bathroom still needs to begin constreuction. We have had 3 project managers so far. However, despite multiple follow-ups over the past week via our text messaging group and several calls, we have yet to receive any updates on a variety of outstanding work in the loft and guest bathroom that need to be done. This lack of communication and progress is unacceptable. While we understand that Elkay is taking a break, the responsibility for keeping us informed and ensuring the project stays on track should not be neglected. We are not getting proper updates about stataus of several pending issues and we feel like we are being passed around without any clear resolution or accountability. The most pressing concern is the arrival of the bathtub, as all further work on the master bathroom is stalled until it arrives."
