They were prompt, they were prepared for COVID, they also put drop cloths down so that they wouldn't dirty the carpet! They took extra care not to mess up the yard by putting down plywood too. They were efficient and did a marvelous job. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again! One of my neighbors used them for indoor bathroom plumbing repair and said the same thing. "The company replied quickly and gave an estimate as requested. We were quoted for 2 new shut offs and 3-5 replacement shut offs. The plumber only brought 5 fittings, but he gave me the option to run to Home Depot to get more... I was also instructed to replace a hose which wasn?t leaking until after the repair, but it was easily fixed when I suggested to connect the new hose to the pipe rather than to the leaking hose. Sharkbite valves were installed. If I knew they were going to be used, I would have done the work myself. The plumber was proficient with the Sharkbites, I just expected that a pro plumbing company would solder. When the plumber left, there were no leaks, and I didn?t feel like making an issue of the other 2 valves which I wanted installed."
