When he came to fix it, he gave us a breakdown of what was happening and offered several options we could pick from so we could work within our budget and fully understand how each solution would work. He was also so kind throughout the process and really helped us calm our nerves, since we had been struggling with this leak for weeks! He is a quick communicator, and was able to work with us as we coordinated with our upstairs tenants to make sure all schedules lined up for repairs. Truly one of the nicest people I have ever worked with. I will recommend him to everyone I know, he is definitely our new go-to-guy!"

They were also respectful of our home, laying tarps in rooms and halls they needed to pass through as well as cleaning up at the end of each day.
