"You can always tell the integrity of a company (or person) when they want to make things right when they were not the only one at fault. I thought the technician was four hours late; however, I was the one who recorded the wrong time. The other issues I had a problem with, they repaired. While here, they were great, very respectful, and if something wasnt perfect, they called me in the and explained why it looked the way it did and what I needed to purchase to make it right. I will definitely hire this company for all our jobs in the future. <br />"

"Service Techs. came out promptly to repair a leak in my roof that I had recently noticed just past the one year new roof warranty...they did not charge me for the repair. Nothing serious, a piece of flashing had to be placed below a valley. It is nice to see a company stand behind its service even after the warranty period has expired. Kudos to them. <br />"

"Mario consistently completed each phase within a week of his estimated schedule. He never exceeded his quoted budget and always made sure we were satisfied. He is obsessive about leaving his work site clean at the end of each work day. Both my wife and myself are completely satisfied with the work Mario has done for us. I think there are very few contractors that have all the skill sets to do the various work that Mario has done for us."

"It was done professionally and with an eye to detail and quality. I would highly recommend them. They made some minor modifications to the plans without a problem and with courtesy."

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Clifty, KY

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
