After the appointment, I was sent information on ordering the replacement part and how to set up a call to install the new pump. I would use Neli in the future for any appliance issue!"

He worked me in within 24 hours so we could leave town on vacation the next day knowing our problems were fixed and our house-sitter would have a functioning sink and dishwasher while we were gone. He then kindly rolled that repair into my $75 appliance repair price at no extra charge. Also of note and very important to me was the fact that he did not try to sell me something I did not need.
